In every meeting I've had with Kim Adams, I've been impressed with her expertise, thorough presentation, and care for the client. She knows the industry and makes recommendations based on what she thinks is in her client's best interest regardless of cost. If she can save me money, she will. I ask for recommendations and she gives them but then leaves it fully to me to decide what I think will best meet my needs. She explains the sometimes intricate workings of insurance clearly using detailed, easy-to-understand presentations, and is both professional and personable in her interactions. When I've sent her questions via email, she has responded quickly and helpfully. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Kim and am very grateful to have found her!
