    I have cono insurance with them. I filed a claim for water damage from the tenant upstairs, just to get a report to give to the responsible party. The adjuster came out. I've been trying to get a opy of the report for 3 weeks. I've left messages and the agent has not contacted me a single time. I call customer service and they say they'll send it but I still don't have it. I'm not even trying to make them pay.

    I only had to pay $99 to fix my phone and I was able to trade it in for an $800 value so it was worth every penny they do a good job

    Received charge of $506.13 on my T-Mobile bill. Found out it was Assurant. I had used Assurant to replace a damaged phone, sent the phone back in their envelope that they provided with the replacement. Called Assurant who claimed they received an empty envelope with no phone in it. According to USPS it was delivered to Assurant on 8/16/21 and nothing in tracking indicated there was an issue. The Assurant rep I spoke with indicated that it was processed on 8/18/21 and they found there was no phone. It is more than a little convenient that they had it for 2 days and suddenly the phone was not in the envelope and therefore I am on the hook for $506.13. The rep told me that she could not give me any copies of the information she had from the warehouse and that even if something happened on their end I am still responsible for it since it was now missing. She indicated I could file a claim with USPS but that unless I had taken out insurance on the package/envelope there was no recourse. T-Mobile needs to provide other options rather than Assurant. I have no choice but to pay the amount so I don't take a hit on my credit however I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

    Worst customer service ever. Sent back a broken device. Recieved a notice saying they never received it. Call them and was told they had the device and were currently inspecting it and would not be charged. A week later get charged for not returning the device. Call again and get told they never received anything, get transferred, talk to a differenrt agent who says they did have the device but they couldn't reverse the charges a supervisor would have to. Talk to a supervisor who says they received an open package and no device. USPS shows delivered intact and nothing stated it was open at any point. No answer as to why I was told they had the device and it was being inspected by 2 different agents and 2 others said they never got it. Can't have it both ways
