Allen Financial Insurance & The Equestrian Group

Poor customer service. I have been trying to get a quote for over three weeks, I email, I call and I either get the run around of ' let me check for you' and never getting a follow up, or going directly to VM when calling in. Don't waste your time.

I work at an Insurance Agency in Syracuse NY and I have an appointment with Allen Financial, and I could not be any more impressed by Michael Delgado. He goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need, when I need it. He comes in early, works after hour's and shows his dedication to supporting the company that he represents! He is funny, nice, and a hard worker and I will continuously recommend ALL agency's to use Allen Financial for their "Special" risks in the US such as Medi Spas, Microblading, Tattoo Shops and more!!! Keep up the great work!!

I spoke with a Carrie Wright over getting a quote. I would have had better help talking to a brick. Very unprofessional and seemed super bothered by me reaching out to her. I would have attached our email thread to this to verify - if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME! This gets even better.. look below- 3 months later and I get a response. Y’all 3 MONTHS.

I spoke with Jay about insurance for my private tattoo studio. He was so professional and took care of all my questions and gave me updates when I asked for them. I have a restless mind so this meant a lot for me. I really appreciate your service Jay!!
