        We had our workman's comp insurance with this agency. Rates went up with no explanation. We informed them that we would be switching to another company. They did not make a record of this. We were then billed another $2300! I called this agency to get some help in straightening this out. They did not even have the courtesy of a return call. I have owned a business and have been insured for 18 years and have never had such poor service.
