        Easy to work with. He gave me great advice on coverage. He knew his products and wasn't high pressure which I appreciated.

        Joshua does not return calls at all. We asked him to remove a vehicle from my Mom's policy and about 8 months later when we called to add another vehicle that at car that was asked to be removed was still on her policy. She pays her insurance a year in advance. Trying to speak with him is impossible. Even farmers customer service tried for a week and then they called back and let us know he won't return their calls either. Needless to say she has been moving over to another insurance company.
