      image Jim Trafficanta made my experience absolutely stellar!!! You can tell he really cares about his customers and genuinely wants them happy. He was not pushy at all with trying to upsell me. I walked out with my dream car, the perfect price, and feeling so good about my decisions and experience. He was patient and understanding and willing to work with me and answer all of my silly questions. I cant recommend Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale and specifically Jim enough!!

      image We recently had our Hyundai crossover serviced at Chapman Hyundai for the first time for what turned out to be a pretty serious warranty issue- However, our service advisor, Nick Kellogg made the experience run seamless, he was very communicative, personable and thorough. Its never fun to have to deal with car issues but he was able to set us up with a loaner car and made our experience a great one! We will be returning customers! Thanks Nick.
