I had a very unique situation where my air handler was like impossible to get to. Dave came and gave me a very honest estimate for what it would cost to replace after all other companies pretended the problem didn't exist when giving me quotes. He was very professional and made sure all of my pipes were clean and would drain. He also provided me with someone who came to fix the drywall that was destroyed by the previous unit. Dave and Ken were so nice, on time, informative and they were able to squeeze us in when we had an emergency with our AC going out in 117°! Definitely will use them again!

Dave and Kennie are lifesavers! AC stopped working and they arrived the next day to give a second opinion. They installed a new motor and AC was back on immediately. The other guy wanted 5x the money to get the AC going. Do yourself a favor and call Cool Aid when you need exceptional service and expertise!
