Since last week; Three residents has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 due to facility lack of separating all negative and positive cases. A friend of mine is afraid she will now get COVID-19. Once this facility found out a resident tested positive. They have moved her roommate into my room instead of quarantining her . She is coughing and very obvious she sick and not being properly taken care of. I AM AFRAID FOR MY LIFE!!! Please do not let the owner confuse you with misleading responses to save the company!!! Shall I take a photo of the rats and roaches?

Please do not send your loved ones to this facility; If you’re a caregiver please do not work for this facility! Most of the residents have COVID-19 and they refuse to pay caregivers hazardous pay! They have chosen not to separate the COVID-19 residents which gives all well residents no chance of not being exposed!!! This facility is infested with Rats and Roaches. Caregivers are testing positive for COVID-19 as well as the kitchen staff (who’s in contact with all residents food) my friend works here and unfortunately she has to provide for her family she cannot quit! Very very unsafe environment as they do not provide full PPE to all caregivers!!!

Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dad!! Your staff was so wonderful in helping to facilitate my father’s 90th birthday celebration through the pandemic!! I live in Illinois and was so worried I would not be able to even see him even through a window and you made that happen for us! I cannot thank you enough! I know he is in great hands and appreciate all of you for what you do!!
