This is our second time using Griswold Home Care to provide night time sitter for my elderly mother after she moved to a new living situation. This care was needed on very short notice and Griswold was able to accommodate the the request without any issue. Kaila Monroe has been excellent. She understands what my Mom needs and has developed a very good relationship with my Mom. She works with her to get her comfortable being in a new environment. She has identified that positive feedback is important for Mom and that she reacts best to this.
I would highly recommend Griswold and also Kaila!

This agency is great! We have used them for about 3 years now for my grandmother. Her caregiver, Elaine has provided exceptional service and has established a trusting relationship with my grandmother. She went through several caregivers at first and really connected with Elaine. The office staff is also great with anything we may need and scheduling. I would definitely recommend Griswold and Elaine if you need a great caregiver for a loved one!

Caregivers beware. Me and my 96 y/o client were exposed to covid by an employee of this agency. I took a week off to avoid further exposure and HR refused to apply any of my accrued time off. Im assuming to be spiteful for having to fill my shift. Sorry, I didnt ask to get exposed to covid by one of your caregivers. Which meant I had to go a whole week without pay due to no fault of my own. The definition of a hostile and toxic work environment. This same 96 y/o client was dropped by a caregiver within this agency and ended up needing a hip surgery. Terrible experience.
