One Medical

Im obsessed with One Med at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location. I love scheduling on the app and messaging providers. Everyone on staff is so kind and friendly. Ive been in feeling my worst and they always brighten my day. From getting routine bloodwork to diagnosing illnesses, they handle it all! Im terrified of needles, but the phlebotomist always makes me forget about my worries and always retrieves my bloodwork successfully and comfortably (when Ive gone to other doctors offices, they have struggled with my stubborn veins). She is the best along with the office manager Diana, who both turned my day around during a recent visit. Thank you for offering such a convenient and positive experience always!

The best ever I have been a member for 15 Years. I Will not go anywhere else.... Love Kendra and all the kind men and women that run this office Recently moved out of state and I will continue to see Kendra as my primary ! We Skype and I just flew in on business and will drop over for some blood work and a evaluation of my health issues...This office is quick, caring, Knowledgeable and efficient not having to go anywhere else for blood work. This office is how Medical Doctor's would be back in the day. They aren't trying to meet a quota...They actually know your name and they truly care God Bless One Medical

I have honestly never had such a positive experience at any doctors office until today. The entire staff was so kind and talkative- the Doctor Sarah was so great and listened to me and actually treated me like a human. If youre looking for a new doctor I highly recommend this place.

I inquired as to whether or not they took my insurance and was assured that they did. However, once billed, my insurance declined all their claims because they were, in fact, out of network. I was left having to pay over $1,000 out of pocket because of their incompetence. It was a very frustating experience.
