always loved this place till today service was awful which is the least of my worries,but when i find roach carcasses in my food and bring it to the attention of the server who took it up to management and discarded like it was no big deal with the excuse of it being burnt noodles with legs its disgusting, and the so called manager never even showed face sent the server to apologize...NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN...bathrooms bins full toilet paper on the floor...what the hell happened at this location the falls location is not the same...and upon asking for the manager the server replied would you like for me to get him,NO he should've showed face when i reported the roach in my food who in their right mind ignores a customer like that...my next report is to the state inspectors

Very concerning that staff & managers allow some guests to do what they please in an indoor space. My husband asked the waitress to report/address. And, other guests have to dine, smell, and suffer. Really?

We love pf Chang's, the location in Kirkland is our favorite. Stop in and see Tammy and Becca at the bar, tell them I sent you. And don't be cheap! the service and food is worth it plus a great tip
