I love this place, but I don't visit often. Good food, and absolutely fantastic desserts. A little on the pricey side, sometimes extremely pricey, but still a nice place to chill once you know what you like on the menu.

I hate to give this place one stars but our experience was beyond sub-par. Our crepes came out cold and immediately after we ordered- before we even got our waters and coffees. The filling on both our savory (normandie- egg ham and cheese) and sweet (nutella or fruit) crepes was minimal. The crepe was about $7 and my coffee was $5 but neither of them were any good. The place was empty yet the tables didn't see to be particularly clean which made us feel like the place had just been forgotten. Its a shame because the space is cute and the decor is very old school Paris, but the food just doesn't cut it.

Before you eat here, view this restaurant's violation history on the county's health department website. YIKES! They happened to be shut down for violations when we went and I was shocked when I saw the number and types of violations against this place.
EDIT: I'm not sure what facts I stated in error. After seeing this restaurant featured on "Check, Please" on Channel 8, I tried to visit them. They were closed with a notice posted by the Maricopa Department of Health that it was closed due to the number and types of violations. They have since relocated and are apparently under new ownership, and seem to be towing the line health-wise, but at the old location where I tried to visit them, they had dozens of MAJOR violations and a few repeated major violations. If you search for them under their previous permit number (SG39055), you will see.
I also have to think the inspector knows the difference between one restaurant and another one next door when issuing violations.
I love going to little places like this and was excited to try them out. Had I gone any other time, I probably wouldn't have known about their violations and would have never bothered to look up their history. Unfortunately for them, the county had them closed down when I tried to go which prompted me to check further. I posted my experience. What's the problem?
