While I experienced great service from staff @ Brandt's, an issue popped up with finding wallpaper installers which eventually led to a telephone conversation with the owner. This woman was singlehandedly the most vicious business person I have ever dealt with. She was angry, condescending, and very rude. My experience as a customer spending thousands of dollars with her was horrible. As long as there are no problems, you will probably be fine. There is a huge selection there.

Just received my kitchen chairs recovered at Brandts. They are absolutely perfect. Everyone was so helpful and professional. They competed the job early!!! You dont need to look anywhere else.

I had paid a Lot of Money to have roller shades installed at my home and recently a motor gave out in one of the shades. Brandts told me that it was under warranty which was good but I had to pay, UP FRONT for the installer to come over to install the new motor. Well, I waited for about 3 or 4 weeks to get the new motor and then I had to PAY AGAIN for the installer to come over to install the motor. WHERE IS HE??????????? I have been waiting another 2 weeks for the installer to call and make an appointment, NO SHOW. Once they have their money, they could care LESS!!!!!! All I want is for my shades to be up and running properly SOONer Than Later! WEll Low and Behold, the installer finally called, I just might get some results after all.
