AG was professional, timely and efficient through the entire proccess. Janice, the scheduler, brought together the insurance company with me and AG to get approval to replace our windshield. Brian, the install, was a consummate pro: efficient, experienced, neat, polite and informed. Great experience.

NO SHOW! Called to have a rep come to the house, was told that they were a week out. Set appointment, and then they never showed. Called and Frank then stated they screwed up but wouldn't be able to get another Rep there for another week. The house is sold and the windows need to be corrected before the propety will close with funding. I'm now going to lose the deal on selling this house as the repairs aren't being made in the time line origianlly stated to the buyer. Certianly have scratched them from future needs, as I'm a contractor and transact on 30-40 properties per year. Never seen a Sub-Contractor this messed up.

Called and Tech Eric was out to my house an hour later to replace the exterior pane on a bedroom window. He and Janice worked with me to replace it in 24 hours. Eric even made sure to put the lock back on the bedroom window he replaced. Such attention to detail! This is the second time my family has used this company. They're excellent.
