Dr Blethen (Endodontist) and her assistant do satellite office appointments where she does the root canals when needed in coordination with my Dentist who does the crown. After having a crown from some old past dental work pop-off my dentist did an exam and some x-rays and made the judgement that I would need a root canal. My dentist put on a temp crown and helped me schedule an appointment with Dr Blethen. On the day of my appointment with Dr Blethen (my first time meeting her). We have a conversation about my tooth, and she proceeds to do a very thorough exam with some temperature tests and more plus more additional x-rays, examines under the temp crown, then discusses it with the dentist. She comes back and explains the results of the tests and the consultation with my dentist and that I don't need the root canal today (Yeah!). Bottom line is she is a specialist who makes her living doing these procedures, but she does not do anything unnecessarily. She even came in again later to check on me when I was back with my dentist getting prepped and fitted for the CEREC crown.
Professional, Kind, and Honest. She is a provider I will certainly use in the future!

I saw the Endodontist, Fleur Blethen DDS. She did the root canal, ok so this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! First of all she never explained anything at all what she was going to do, I was nervous as it was, never having root canal before. Blethen and her assistant all of a sudden put this thing around my mouth and this blue cloth over my mouth! Stuffing my mouth with whatever they were doing. They had this long wires thrown across my legs, then during the drilling Blethen, and her assistant were having conversations while doing this important procedure in my mouth! They kept talking through out the procedure, then Blethen cut my tongue!!! Gee if she was paying more attention to my mouth and not her conversations, maybe she wouldn't have cut my tongue! Then I heard a loud popping sound, I didn't know what it was, and was scared, she never said anything! Then she was done and just walked out not saying a word to me about anything! An assistant came in and said while she was drilling my crown popped off! She never told me that, he had to tell me, and he said he had to fill it now and then I had to go back to have another crown made. This was a real nightmare!!!! I paid a fortune and I am still in pain everyday!! I wish I NEVER had Fleur Blethen do my root canal!!!

I had 2 or 3 root canals done by Doctor Blethen back in 2016, I cant remember exactly how many bc as the time I was having crowns put on after having my mouth chopped apart in Mexico. Nonetheless Doctor Blethen is a AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Endodontist. As a matter of fact she made me feel so comfortable I fell asleep while having my root canals done, and the roots of my teeth some are twisted so those tend to be very difficult root canals, most will generally mess up and make the mouth worse. But not Doctor Blethen she is a rockstar when it comes to her dental specialty.
I would also like to add that after Doctor Blethen did my root canals I had to see my regular dentist who proceeded to inject more Novacaine into my gums after my root canals and if will it wasnt for Doctor Blethen checking on me after my root canals I probably wouldve died from a allergic reaction my face was blowing up and my regular dentist was like ahhh nothings wrong and she was like oh no no she needs to go to the hospital. Needless to say when I looked in the mirror and saw my face I almost fainted. But thanks to Doctor Blethen I was able to get to the hospital in time and handle the allergic reaction.
Anyways Doctor Blethen is a Root Canal Rockstar! I highly recommend her!
