Still waiting on my kids year books from 19/20 school year. I tried to call & get an estimated date & it was a 75min hold wait. I hope my school never uses this company again!

Called during “ normal business hours “ as posted no answer and machine stated it was after business hours when I still had an hour and half left as posted hours.

i got hired this year for full time and only twice have i got full time hours . they like to change the rules and all that without telling the workers ( they like to have double standards with the rules with certain employees they like to change the schedule without telling the workers they just expect you to know , then they get mad when you tell them you are busy that day , they expect you to put your life on hold for them they make the schedule a couple days or the day before the start of the new week some older workers think they are a boss when they are not and are allowed to get away with everything . and yes this is a seasonal job but they will not tell anyone when the work ends. they don't pay much for experience..they pay photographers with years of experience the same as one with none or little they care more about quantity and speed vs quality and costumer service
