Im sure there are plenty of good agents that work for you. However, Cindy Bronowitz and her house flipping husband were scam artists. They flipped the house we purchased from them and they took every shortcut possible. The list of significant problems I have had to deal with since buying the house from them is impressive. They come off like a sweet old couple that made sure they did the right things when they were doing work on the house but it is just an act. Hire electricians and HVAC specialists to do thorough inspections before buying a house her husband has touched.

Not only was Cindy indescribably patient with us in our year long search for our perfect starter home, but she was attentive to our needs, transparent, and ready to jump when we were. Shes also backed by a trusted team that clearly has been working together for years making my transaction as smooth as I could have hoped for. Cindy and Jeannie with Barrett Financial were the perfect duo that were rooting for me in this tough market. Her inspector was knowledgeable, detailed and clearly reliable. The reassurance of a diligent team on your side is exactly what I needed during such a fast-paced chaotic time. With some real estate insight, I was aware going in of what some obstacles might be, and I was pleasantly surprised with a very smooth (and quick) transaction. Although Id love to keep them all to myself, I had a great experience and highly recommend!

Two stars is being generous due to one of the realtors putting in a lot of work for us but bailing just as our second homesmart realtor did. Ill give everyone here the same advice I was given by one of the homesmart realtors, use the selling agent of the property you want. This is what I was told after the second realtor gave up after only one weekend of looking and then said they would schedule houses for the second weekend and then bailed last second without scheduling any. Good to see homesmart is good with just abandoning veterans, imagine if I had that mindset in the infantry As soon as I lost homesmart though I closed on the very next house dealing with all veteran owned companys there was only one common denominator to failing offers, homesmart. There is better out there, dont hesitate to fire a realtor.
