GALLUS MEDICAL DETOX CENTER

Very humbling to admit but I have been to detox 4 times, twice at Gallus. I went once after Prescott location and once in Scottsdale. Both times the staff were top notch. Definitely better experiences than I received at the other two detox facilities I’ve been to. I also work in treatment now and get to see a lot of facilities so I can say all of this with credibility. They are definitely on the top end amenities and care wise and they spend a lot of time with the patient and making sure they are taken care of, which is definitely not always the case. I hope I never have to go to detox again, but if I did I would not hesitate to go back to Gallus. Dr. Gallus and his staff are top notch!

Best decision of my life was to go to Gallus. My life was upended, my physical and mental health suffering, and life was nearly unbearable. I admitted myself just before Christmas. I was scared, because unfortunately, it was my 2nd time at sobriety after a 6 month period of success, and the first time I was detoxed, I felt like I was in a prison cell with uncaring, unhelpful jailers. This was so different. Gallus staff were SO unbelievable. So kind, so caring, so not judgmental, so helpful, and 100% there to take care of any discomfort. They never even let discomfort start- they prevented it. I was able to detox pain free, with dignity. They have seriously great food they let you order from Door Dash from many of the fabulous restaurants around infamous Old Towne Scottsdale. You eat well. You sleep well. It's like coming out of a chrysalis a renewed butterfly instead of a sickly caterpillar. Your privacy will be respected. It's very small, inconspicuous, and no one will need to know you're there or have been there, if that's your desire. 6 months later, I'm still doing well, and very grateful to have my life back.

The facility was awesome. Service was off the charts good. 24 hours nursing support and nurses assistants. All very qualified at what they do but beyond that super friendly and caring. It was like staying at a bed & breakfast but with all the medical support one needs when going through the detox process. Dr. Gallus really knows his stuff and explained clearly how the process would work and it did. I would HIGHLY recommend Gallus Medical to anyone in need of detox services.

They utilize sophisticated protocols and techniques developed by Dr. Patrick Gallus and his team. Their facilities are excellent. The medical staff is impeccable. The admissions and outreach team operate at the highest level of professionalism. This facility is especially adept at handling complex detoxes. Their ability to deal with high-dose methadone, benzodiazepines, and poly-substance detoxification sets them apart from most detox providers in the country.
