        A nice looking place inside and out, good amenities BUT, your car will be broken into while parked in a locked and gated underground garage where there are supposed cameras, 6 bikes have been stolen (Scottsdale Police reports filed) in the last 3 months alone, 1 bike rack off a persons car, 1 kayak and, lord knows what else. Management is inept or doesn’t care because, with all this happening no warning signs have been posted either on the doors or in the HOA email, likely for fear of decreasing property value for residents. Buy or rent here if you want to feel violated.

        I love living at the Sage. The amenities are well designed, maintained and very useful. Our neighbors create a sense of being in a community that you can hardly find anymore in the luxury development. I am staying in!
