Mountain Vista Health Center

I have been a patient at Mountain Vista Health Center for the past several years. Due to my occupation, I sit at a computer 40+ hours per week. I receive regular maintenance and preventative treatment from Dr. Downs and staff. Even though I consider myself a healthy individual because I eat nutritious food and exercise regularly, I believe regular spinal adjustments are necessary to maintain whole body balance, long term wellness, improve overall mental and physical well-being and promote healing of the body. I can't even begin to explain how good I feel after each adjustment and therapy treatment. Mountain Vista Health Center has always accepted any insurance plan my employer decides to switch to, I never have to worry. This allows me to focus solely on my health during my visits. They always take great care of me. Dr. Downs and his team make such a tremendous difference in my life. Thank you Dr. Downs and the amazing staff at Mountain Vista Health Center!

As far as I am concerned, Dr. Downs and his staff are irreplaceable. I've been to your run of the mill Chiropractors in the past who basically used my wallet as an ATM while I failed to improve the health of my spine. Hearing great things around town about Dr. D I decided to head in for a visit to help an ongoing back issue. Dr. Downs and his staff see me a couple times a week and I feel fantastic - getting better with each visit. Their approach is not focused on simple adjustments or nerve stimulation that last 5 minutes, but rather comprehensive improvement in the form of stretches, adjustments, deep tissue stimulation, trigger point injections (which are sometimes necessary for me) among other real efforts to help heal the SOURCE of my pain, which is the real obstacle. I would highly recommend people with real back pain and other pain issues small or large, who want a lot of PROFESSIONAL and friendly support for minimal money, to call Dr. Downs!

I have been skeptical of going to the chiropractor for my back problems, I have lordosis' which translates easier to a "sway back", and every time I've had a problem in the past I went to get a message form my local therapist and in all my visits I never had any adjustments made or problems addressed. Therefore I was still stuck with all the pain. I heard of Mountain Vista Health Center from a friend who had an obviously great experience, and I must say that they have EXCELLENT customer care! Starting with the office, a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and continues all the way through the doctors attitude, very concerned of the patients health, progress, and pain relief! Dr. Downs was one of the most educated and helpful doctors i have even been to. His chiropractic practice has helped me immensely through this genetic issue. i would recommend Dr. Downs to anyone in pain. Also I was unaware of the importance of being adjusted regularly what a dramatic change it has made in my day to day activities! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. DOWNS AND ALL OF YOUR ASSOCIATES I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AT MOUNTAIN VISTA HEALTH CENTER!!
