Technician was late, called me at the time of my appointment to tell me they were going to be another 30 mins away. The technician was very friendly and did a great job but charged me $10 more then what was told to me on the phone estimate.

Made me wait 5 hours for nothing I moved all my furniture and they were just full of excuses I don't appreciate my time being wasted I do not recommend, please be more professional I had to call another company to come and do the job they couldn't provide!

Noelle was the AMAZING professional that came to service our home today, and she did a fantastic job with all of our carpet, my favorite cream colored rocking chair that had a red wine stain on it, and our dryer vent! I am so pleased with this company and her incredible attention to detail in our home! We will refer all of our friends and definitely use her again!
