Kachina Cadillac

I gave this dealership several chances. I bought my vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to their customers... 1st, they sold me tires that had been sitting on the shelf for 2 years (I learned the manufacturing date from the experts at discount tire)... Kachina tried to deny it until I showed them that I was knowledgable. I had to fight for weeks to get new ones after I had 2 blow outs within 10,000 miles due to cheap dried out tires... 2nd, they wouldn't fix a known ABS problem in my 2006 CTS which was still under warranty until I threatened to sue... 3rd, they wouldn't replace a dead battery that I purchased from them and was only 6 months old... Then they tried to tell me that I had never purchased a battery from them... until I went home and got the invoice. All of the sudden they found their copy of the invoice as well... AND THE BEST PART, when I tried to post a bad review the first time, they called and offered me hundreds of dollars in free work in return for deleting my post. I'm not deleting it time! Everyone should know what awful work they do and how they try to lie to people in order to get what they want! I wonder how many people they call and harass to get them to delete bad posts...

After taking abuse for 25 years of buying and leasing cars, finally I found a dealership that was professional, friendly, and just a pleasure to do business with. We connected over the internet and actually made the dealer via phone and email. We agree on every thing and when I finally showed at the dealership everything was ready to go. No changes, no bait and switch, no upsales,,but everything just as promised. I've bought about 25 cars in my life, and this is the very first one I can honestly say was a pleasant experience. I recently purchased a new 2012 SRX from Kachina Cadillac. It was a terrific buying experience and Roberto was the best! I would highly recommend Kachina and suggest you ask for Roberto as your salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a very comfortable manner. He listened carefully to the features I was interested in and explained the capabilities of the SRX that matched my interests. He was also very respectful of my time and had me on my way with my new SRX in just a few hours! I had many choices to consider when buying a new SUV. I would recommend the SRX to anyone. It rides like a dream and has all the nice features that make Cadillacs luxurious. Thanks again to Roberto and all the staff at Kachina I interacted with...great SUV and you all were terrific! I brought my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation and had Blake Beaman for my service advisor and I could not be happier with the the customer service i received, not to mention the waiting time was hardly a wait at all and I recieved a free complimentary car wash. This dealership really wants your business and will prove itself quite loyal to recieve it. The service advisors and all other staff I encountered were friendly and personable and ready to assist me if I needed anything at all. The receptionist directed me to service department with a smile when I walked in and was both professionaly and personality-wise, a representative of cadillac standards to the T. Overall, I am exceptionally impressed with Kachina Cadillac and will be returning hereafter for service.
