Took the Tuscan date night class. Suppose to be 4 to a table but two tables had 6. Instead of having a full steak for each person, tables with 6 had steaks cut on half. Also no steak knives in a store selling them! Could have made experience much better with a glass of wine and some bread. Only drinks offered was water in Dixie cups.

Had an amazing date night cooking experience last night for Latin American Dining. It is true you dont EACH cook your own thing; you instead with at large tables in groups of 4-6 and collaborate on your meal. It was actually fun to work together with other couples to create a large platter of food we all shared. We all got to participate and the chef walked us through the recipe and modeled how to do each step. We had a great time and will definitely be back again!

Hats off to Chef Oscar. My teen daughter and I had a nice experience at the cooking class for Fathers Day. The price point feels a bit high (like a decent steakhouse w/ a couple drinks only w/o drinks), but the experience was fun and food was high quality. This isnt an intensive cooling class. Its not like each person gets their own setup/equipment. Each prep table is 6 people (great to socialize and make some new friends). Two boards and knives/utensils so you kinda take turns with the prep work. Chef does a nice demo and is pretty engaging with questions and banter. Actually cooking is done at the main station so things get a little tight taking turns around the cooktop, but it worked out fine. Also, some parts are fast-forwarded for time (we didnt bake our potatoes the first time for the twice baked or freeze our ice cream). It is a 2.5 hr standing experience, so if youre expecting to sit down to a table service dinner after, youll be disappointed. Also, if youre expecting drinks, youll be let down as well. Just water. It is as-advertised: a cooking class. A fun one with good food.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I drove 45 minutes for a cooking class and then when I arrived told me it was cancelled without any prior notice or phone call. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Please dont wait your time doing business with them. Go take classes at Sweet Basil Culinary instead they are way more reliable and also in Scottsdale.
