I ordered a thermometer and two face masks on April 17. On April 21 I received tracking information and that showed that it was waiting for acceptance by USPS. Between ordering and receiving the tracking information the name of the site changed from Giggles Baby Boutique to Wiggles Baby Boutique. Well, guess what folks? I kept checking but they never gave my package to USPS. I checked with the postal service to verify. So I called and left messages, emailed but those kept bouncing back, and messages on their website but never was contacted so I contacted PayPal. Their investigation got them to finally actually send the package-on May 5- but by this time I bought a different thermometer and different masks. I’ve been trying to get them to return my emails so I can send this stuff back, PayPal Won’t help because I finally did receive my package, but the email address PayPal gave me, [email protected], I can’t get anyone to return my messages. Big surprise, huh? And when I look at the website for Wiggles/Giggles it doesn’t say anything about being a part of Global Trade Network LLC. I would have known not to buy from them if I had.

First of all, they have an "F" rating, 6 negative reviews, and 21 complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have had horrible experiences with this company, especially Bandar Kayali. They did not ship the correct items, I asked for the correct items or a refund and Bandar refused. His email stated he'll only issue a 45% return - WTH??! They do not have a customer service number. Also, their products are horrible...!! Very poor quality, poor materials and poorly made too. I have been contacting this company for a while trying to resolve my order to no avail. I finally got PayPal involved and the lady representative told me after speaking with Bandar it was a no - brainer! I was lucky and got all my money back which I'm sure made bandar cringe! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN...!!!! BEWARE....!!!! Terrible customer service and dubious business practices.....
