We had an AWESOME experience with Urban Trend Builders! We are brand new to the Phoenix area and unfamiliar with area contractors. The Urban Trend reference came from our realtor who indicated a previous customer had a very positive experience with Urban Trend for a home remodel project. We were really pleased with the people, process and finished product. So a big shout out to Tina, Brandon and Brian. They were CAREFUL to listen to exactly what we wanted. They are prepared to be creative with suggestions, but they were very careful to listen to our desires. They were CLEAN. We were prepared for a mess, but pleased with their attention to keeping the home clean every day. Even my son mentioned that he was expecting the effort to be a dusty mess. And they had great COMMUNICATION throughout the effort. From ordering the hardware to the daily work schedule, there was excellent communication and cooperation throughout the process. It was a great job and we are so pleased with the final product. My sense is that QUALITY is the normal standard for Urban Trend Builders. We are looking forward to another home remodel project. Awesome work and no hesitation to STRONGLY RECOMMEND Urban Trend Builders.

Choosing Urban Trend Builders for our remodel was the best decision we made. This company is a family run business with the utmost integrity. The job was completed on time or ahead of schedule, the quality of craftsmanship was incredible, the attention to detail was unbelievable, and the team was professional, on-time, courteous and fun to have around. This company made our remodel a very positive experience. I highly recommend this company for your construction needs!!

We are so pleased with the work Urban Trend Builders did in our house. Tina was a quick and clear communicator. Brandon and his partner completed the work two days early and did a wonderful job. We have more projects that need to be done at our home and we will be definitely using Urban Trend Builders.
