I have been in this location multiple times and the only time I enjoyed being here was when there was a younger female working here with brown hair I didnt get her name the last time I was here but wish I did. She was the only one who made the food and restaurant enjoyable to me. So for her she gets 5 stars. The new people you guys have really rethink that decision please. The store was dirty the customer service was not it. The food I had was disgusting and why did I get receipt paper that didnt advertise dickeys but another company ?

Absolutely the worst not clean, waited for over a half hour never got to give my order. Everyone in the restaurant is complaining and employees are using their hands without gloves.

This Dickey's restaurant is awesome! Cas and Chanson went above and beyond! They were so friendly! They should be praised for their wonderful and natural customer service skills. I looked at a couple of reviews about this particular Dickey's restaurant. The reviews about this restaurant being dirty are completely FALSE. There's a difference between dirty and rustic. This Dickey's restaurant, along with every AUTHENTIC barbeque restaurant has a rustic atmosphere. I'm from the barbeque capital of the world, TEXAS, and I can honestly say that THIS Dickey's restaurant has put Texas to shame. Not just because of the food (which is awesome, slides right off the bone) but because of the people (employees) who've been so warm and friendly, everytime I've gone to this Dickey's. THIS Dickey's restaurant has everything a REAL barbeque restaurant should have. Cas and Chanson, thanks for the great service!

Paid over $250 for a family meal and some extra sides and pounds of meat. We are missing at least $100 worth of food. We received 4 tiny 2 oz sides of BBQ for what is supposedly 5 pounds of meat. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
