I ordered two meals from here for delivery and only received one of them. I called and was told I could come pick up the missing one. Drove 20 minutes and guy there said they included some cookies in the bag for the inconvenience. Got home and opened the bag. no cookies. Bruh. Regardless of the above the brisket honestly was extremely dry and have never had ribs with so little meat on them. Not worth the money

This place is a trip. I came in to ask about proportion sizes of the $20.25 Brisket I saw when I looked them up on Google maps and the lady told me it's a special when it doesn't state Special and that I have to order it online or a scan. I've never gone to a restaurant and asked for a price or to see a proportion of something I may want to buy. This is some crazy 'ish, I miss the old days. The menus inside the restaurant have no prices as well

Ordered two orders of baked potatoes and ribs to go. When I got home I noticed the order was cold and missing ribs. When I picked up the order the employee was sitting at a customer table on her phone. I had to search for my order myself and left without saying one word. Definitely not worth going here. The BBQ was obviously yesterday being dry and tough. I went at 1130am Jan 29, 2024. Won't go to this location anymore and it makes sense why it is always empty. Photo shows what a $15 baked potato looks like with extra cheese and extra butter.

If you are disabled, don't go here. The counter person, whose native language is not English, was told that my wife is legally blind and could not see the menu he was pointing at. He continued to point. I will not waste money at Dickies again. Insulting and rude, and disrespectful to an elderly person who is disabled. Absolute garbage.
