Great service and a great staff. Extremely attentive to your needs. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about you. During the last year I was going through a very stressful divorce and everybody here did everything to make my life much simpler. Not just the best Chase branch, but the best bank branch I have ever been to!

This is by far the best bank I have ever done my banking with. The staff is knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I dont know how a bank branch can continue to use COVID as an excuse to provide terrible customer service.  When I call this branch I either get no answer or I get to talk to someone who's response is "I dont know, call our 800 number".  Well, for a customer who has banked with Chase for 20+  years, I am done!  Chase should be ashamed of their customer service and the total lack of customer care.  Just remember, when COVID can no longer be used as an excuse, everyone you treated like crap will remember.
