It is sad that Olga passed away . But me and my wife hired her as our attorney to handle our case, we paid her up front $2,000 cash so we would have her paid off in full . This was 2 months prior to her passing, we made numerous calls to her office in those 2 months and we never heard anything except an text message from her stating that she was in the hospital. Then after 3 weeks of not hearing from her we found that she had passed away by seeing her obituary in the newspaper. Olga never did one thing on our case before she passed away, we never even got her the paper work back to her. I called the state bar of Arizona back in July of 2017 and they said the auditor will be reviewing all of her cases and it could take up to a year before we could get our money back . Now the state bar called us at the beginning of February and they said that there is nothing saying that she owed us any money back . I have all the paper work saying we payed her in full, right on the front page it even says that we paid her full in cash ! Me and my wife should be getting a refund on all of the $2,000 dollars that Olga took from us with out performing any services for us at all !!!! We are very upset that we have had our money stolen from us !!!!!

My experience with Olga was nothing but stellar. When you are faced with a situation, a very uncomfortable one, it is important to work with a professional that is not only empathetic, but sincerely caring and understanding, without judgment nor criticism. Olga exemplifies these characteristics and more. She made a tough time much more tolerable because of her expertise, knowledge, skill and above all, her empathy and understanding.
