Just Don't!!! Not the same owner. Sometime in the last year Arizona Dent Shop changed ownership. Gone is the friendly personal relationship. Now you get the full sleezy used car salesman experience. 5 years of good rapport with the original owner Jay was destroyed in less than 5 minutes with Matt. Never Again will I use this business. I thought maybe this was a fluke encounter, so I spoke with the company who originally recommended Arizona Dent Shop. They advised me that they've had similar experiences with Matt and the new owners and they no longer refer their clients to Arizona Dent Shop. Now I'm stuck with the task of finding a new dent removal company.

So happy I found Arizona Dent Shop! I was referred by a mechanic friend and I was 100% pleased with the service. The quote for work (bumper replacement) was incredibly fair (and a fraction of what the dealership wanted) and the job was finished in a VERY timely manner. In fact, once I decided to move forward, the part was ordered from CA, delivered, and the work complete in 2 days! It's not often you encounter a business where you feel everyone truly listens to your needs (and actually cares). As I was leaving, I said to Matt, "I hope I don't need you any time soon, but it's nice to know you're here if I do". 5 stars, hands down. I'm adding to this review - 7 months later! My son knocked the side mirror off his car and my first thought - "Call Matt"! Matt took excellent care of us AGAIN. The mirror was ordered and replaced in just a few days; and the workmanship was spot on. Again, I hope I don't "need" Arizona Dent Shop, but they will ALWAYS be my first call if I do.
