I found Ric's Body & Paint listed in the Carefree/Cave Creek Community Guide offering quotes with no appointment necessary. True to their word, I stopped in and was able to get my car looked at very quickly. The service was friendly from the moment I walked in. I came in thinking I would need to leave my car to have a fender repaired and they were able to clean up the scrape on the spot. I highly recommend this shop as knowledgable and professional and will definitely return in the future if needed. They are also a USAA recommended body shop. Service: Body & Trim

I've now used Ric's twice for my Tesla, once for warranty work and recently for chipped paint from a door ding. Both times they were quick and did quality work. For my most recent visit they gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me for their next available appointment two weeks out. Their service was worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and I got text updates throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle it had a very minor scratch on the door and the manager immediately took it back to the shop to have it completely washed and buffed the scratch right out. Overall excellent service, communication, and work. No complaints at all.

I will never take my car anywhere other than Ric's after an accident or anytime I need work done on it. They are extremely nice and professional. They also do top notch work and communicate with you on a regular basis throughout the process. I recommend them to friends, family and even strangers on a regular basis.

If you want the job done right go to Ric's Body and Paint. Great customer service and attention to detail. My car looked brand new. Highly recommend.
