Not your typical cycle shop, but better! Worked with the owner Jimmy directly to buy my high end bike. Very happy with my purchase and the follow up after the sale. Jimmy was great communicating and to work with. I appreciate the personal attention and honest approach. Excellent small business owned and operated in Scottsdale! Highly recommend!

Great owner operated shop in Scottsdale. Good location plenty of parking and handicapped access. The shop is small clean and organized. Jimmy, the owner is friendly professional and happy to service you. They accomadate service and sales in what seems to be every segment in the industry. From BSA singles to Triumph triples side by sides atvs dirt bikes and personal watercraft Scottsdale Cycle Center covers it all.Give em a call, you will be happy you did!

Was coming in to check out a motorcycle, but overheard a conversation the employee was having on the phone with someone. Guy was mad and seemed really hot headed about something. Of course, this is a conversation overheard out of context, but it didn't seem like this was somebody I wanted to do business with with the expectation of stellar customer service when that's how this person represents themselves over the phone. Didn't stop to chat, walked out. Hopefully they do give great customer service, I just wasn't willing to stick around to find out.
