Mr. Nowiejski was very helpful with my employee benefits matter. He is extremely knowledgeable. I has asked a few other employment attorneys about the subject, and none of them were able to help. I was referred to Mr. Nowiejski by 2 separate attorneys based on the services he provides to their corporate clients.
He really understood the tax implications of my situation, and Mr. Nowiejski is an expert in the fiduciary provisions of ERISA. He has experience as a senior investigator as the U.S. Department of Labor. He just seemed to be able to put together several complicated issues, and state it in a straight-forward manner.
