After emailing to cancel my order yesterday, a gentleman named Corbin replied and was very transparent with the happenings. He wanted to do right. So, I agreed, and received my original order today delivered for the inconveniences in the past. Corbin definitely went above and beyond in the Customer Service area for My Pilot Store.
After deleting what was in my original review (not appropriate at this time), I would just note this... If you are a local person doing pickup, I would double and triple check your item is actually in stock before heading that way.

Ordering online both times I ordered was super easy. When I had an issue and emailed them about it they answered back within the same day and were very helpful. Very friendly staff! I will continue to order from them.

Supposedly my order was returned as undeliverable. They sent an email to verify my address. It was correct. I was told I would have to pay shipping again if I still wanted the items. I said I did not since I already paid for shipping and it was their responsibility and shipper. They refunded for the purchase but not the shipping. When I questioned why I had to pay for shipping on an order I did not receive, they stopped replying to me. Not sure if this was a scam or not.
