This place has saved my life! They are very thorough in teaching different ways/tools to keep you sober when you leave. Everyone there actually cares about you as a person and will do whatever they can to help you, in every aspect. The family group session I attended this past week was everything I needed and more. Being able to hear that there are other people out there going through the same feelings and thoughts as I am was honestly so reassuring. The session was well led and informative. As a first time attendee I felt comfortable enough to share a few things from my experiences. It was 100% worth every minute and I’m so thankful for these sessions.

Springboard changed me in a great way. I looked at my life from a very different point of view and realizing all the negative aspects of life and how I was truly heading down the wrong path. The group I came into have made such a big impact on my life, I couldn't have done it without their support. They're more than "clients" to me, they're my friends I can go to while continuing to live a sober life here in AZ. The staff is so helpful, friendly, and caring. On my hard days, they noticed, sat with me and listened like REALLY listened to me. I have taken so much from my time here, and will continue to keep learning more about everything they taught me. I will also always come back for Alumni meetings.

The experience my loved one and I have received from springboard has been great so far. No only do they encourage recovery for the person battling addiction, but they include the family as well. The program works if you work it!
