I called Doug for a quote on home and auto insurances. He cut our home insurance premiums and deductibles in half! He also recommended that I call back next year for an auto quote because my accident will then be five years ago. I received a quote from another agent who was very pushy but decided to work with Doug because it was clear he is never pushy or leading and will never compromise his values to close a deal. I cannot say enough about this insurance broker. In fact if it was six stars would have opted to do six stars instead of five. Out of nowhere our home insurance was raised from 400$ to 2500$ a month. we were shocked and thought it an error. it was not. And desparately we looked around for something else as soon as possible. We found AZ insurance shop i think on google search engine and they understood our concerns were very sympathetic, and went the distance for us very quickly. getting us exactly the same kind of home owners insurance as before and at the same price..and facilitating on the other end...the cancellation of the old policy. They were very re assuring because we were very stressed out. In life..when you find an honest business person. they are a keeper. THANK YOU AZ INSURANCE SHOP. THANK YOU DOUG!!!!!!
