Every time I come into SunWest Dental I feel I am known along with the condition of my teeth and the care needed to keep a healthy smile. I am very particular about my teeth and dental work. I worried about finding an expert, efficient dentist and hygienist until I found SunWest Dental. Their work is outstanding! Thank you!

The dentist are great. The assistants are great. The front desk receptionist however is not. I have never had an issue with a dr or dentist office front workers and this is the reason why I am parting ways with this dentist. I chose this location because they are close to my home but its truly not worth the headache. Shes rude first of all I know we all have bad days but she is truly rude. She tries to sound nice but it comes off extremely fake and actually condescending. I am being presented with a possible $100 fee if my permanent crown does not fit due to the time of the temporary placement. I came in 12/16 they put on the temp and I was not able to get scheduled due to their holidays and the dentist being out until 1/11. Fine no problem.( here we are I have rescheduled my appt a few times which one of them I had a Covid quarantine last minute and still had to pay for the last minute 24 hour cancellation. I guess I should have said screw it and put everyone at risk to save myself the fee.) so she failed to mention if the crown doesnt fit or needs to be adjusted I am responsible for sending it back to the lab since its been longer than 2 weeks? But you couldnt even get in me in within the two weeks of placement ? She mentions to me on my call in to finally come back in this information. Then proceeds to lie and says she told me this before its in her notes. Well lady all of my calls are recorded on my line due to my job and thats not true. So why lie? Then when I told her thats false and I have proof to play back our discussions she tells me you can do you want to do she is the worst and horrible to deal with. Its sad this place has her at the front desk And before you say how dare I record her my phone line is owned by my employer because of what I do. I also have no problem paying a fee if I was fully aware of this information ahead of time. However to disclose it 4 months later and lie on top of that is not okay.
