        I had a few questions concerning the mineral and sodium content of our local water, for the purpose of making an informed decision on the type of water softener I want to purchase. I must say the woman I spoke with, was very quick to return my emails, polite, and more than willing to find the answers I needed in a timely manner. I applaud her and her professionalism toward customer service...which is rare in today's society. Also, I should note, when I first bought my home and went in person to Farmers Water to set up my account there, the entire office staff was courteous and surprisingly delightful to talk with.
