showed up at house without an appointment. no prior contact by phone. entered premises without authorization and proceeded to climb on roof without notifying owner or getting permission.

Roof replaced 10/2018. Tar in air conditioning unit, tar on wall, leaks in kitchen where skylight is. Skylights in bathroom were not sealed and dirt and wind came through. Skylights in living room damaged part of player where the skylight attaches. Not sealed down properly. Dirt and dust dropped onto dining table. Left nails and metal washers on the ground in back and front of house. Have had them out 5 times to further repair as each windstorm or rain storm shows the seals have not been fixed. Again today 11/19/2019 water dripping into kitchen and would is now stained around the skylight and water all over the floor. The last time the owner came and shook my hand and promised to fix everything. I guess they don’t know how. I would be happy to show video.
