I saw a NP that couldn't do a surgery on a lump in my wrist. She told me to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the surgery group would call me with a date to come in. 2+ weeks later I called and was told there were NO notes in my chart for any call back! I left another message and no one ever called me back. I have suffered all this time! Now I have to start over with another doctor! Don't bother if you want help! Cathy Cathy

Dr. Zech is really annoying and arrogant. This issue with my scalp had already been diagnosed, I just needed more refills and I never received those. I asked him some questions about it and he was vague. He froze a little spot on my cheek that was supposed to scab and fall off but it hasn't and now I will have to wait two months for another appointment. I sat on a chair and he sat on the exam table, I guess he wants to be higher than you for some kind power complex. I called my friend to tell her about it (Linda Hutson) and she had seen him too. She said he wouldn't take a biopsy of something on her leg because he said it was perfectly fine. She went to another dermatologist for a biopsy and it was malignant and had to be removed. I do not want to ever see him again.
