I am shocked that more people don't know something this amazing exists, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the introduction to this opportunity. This "life-changing" loan is a dream come true in managing debt with results in exponentially reducing interest charges but significantly streamlining the process and timeline for eliminating debt (including my existing mortgage). We are so lucky to have found Shane and his team at Life Changer Loan! I initially called to ask about how to pay off our current home quickly. Shane took the time to explain everything in detail - the pros and cons. There actually are not any cons if you have good spending and saving habits and use this loan correctly. It is so different from a traditional mortgage that it can be difficult to understand at first, but no matter how many times I asked the same questions - Shane explained them perfectly and honestly! When you realize the history and concept of the 30 year fully amortized loan and how much that product benefits the lender, and hurts the consumer, this is a no brainer! (IF you are good with your money and spend less than you bring in! That's important!) Shane truly cares about putting his clients into the best possible situation. He asked us a lot of questions about our current spending and debt that led to discussions about rental properties we own with mortgages on them. He was then able to show us a scenario that will pay off THREE MORTGAGES in 6 years! This will cause a domino effect that will have our other properties paid off soon after. If he hadn't asked the right questions, we would not know this is possible. Again - it takes a smart and caring person to take time to uncover everything and offer a solution like this one.
