If I could give a minus -10 for this agent I would. 4 Years as a customer and not one phone call or response from Mr. Pile. Not even as my 2 homes, 2 cars and umbrella policy literally more than doubled.
When finally getting him on the phone today to ask about the increase he responded "Its not my fault, Farmers is to blame". When I asked why he at least could of called us, his reponse was "I have nothing to do what Farmers does".
My wife and I were so relieved to rid ourselves of Farmers Insurance and this worthless agent.

Office in a tight corner you can't see from the road. Empty office only Rene there. Not the most friendly place but hey it's just an insurance little office. Been with Farmers for close to 20 years so I just located the closest to me.

The lady never call me back for the quote and got my email wrong
