Scam stay away I cancelled with them because my monthly bill doubled then they still tried to bill me even though I cancelled now they have sent it to collections I called to find out why they said they would look into and call me back ...no answer!!! If I could give a negative 5 I would!!!

Justin was amazing at the agency! He followed up with me from a previous request I made, and I am so glad he did because the insurance I signed up prior was literally the bare bones. He answered all of my questions that I had. He made sure I was fully covered with insurance since I had little to none before. Great service, I highly recommend using Justin at the Ty Schraufnagel Agency!

I was trying to update a bad review I gave AF Insurance a while ago. I still feel AF Insurance could have handled my claim better. However, I need to say that Ty Schraufnagel's employees are excellent in customer service. They don't have anything to do with the claim I had problems with, but Evelyn Armer, I think her last name is super friendly, provided me with above-and-beyond customer service. She made several calls and gave me answers I couldn't get on my own. After my problems were solved she called me to make sure all my problems were solved. Christina C. I don't remember her last name another employee she helped me a couple of times.. she is super helpful and friendly.
