        I started looking over reviews because I was curious if others had the same experience. So here goes, Dr Emmanuel is great. The office staff are inconsiderate, unhelpful, rude, not friendly, and also unhelpful again. Every time I call, the individual who answers the phone never says who she is, makes it sound like I'm making her day difficult, how fast is her results, and never provides any solution whatsoever. Additionally when I asked to talk to the doctor directly I was declined the opportunity because my request was what she called on not policy. If somebody's in charge of the people answer this phone, I'd highly encourage you to call it as a customer and experience what every person who deals with them experiences every time they call. If I didn't like the doctor so much I absolutely would have done somewhere else.
