        I have used New Standard Cleaning twice previously and they were absolutely fantastic. I was so happy with them that I referred my adult daughter to them. We both had appointments the same week on different days and were STOOD UP on both days! To say my daughter and I were shocked is an understatement! No phone calls were returned and despite repeated attempts to connect with Andrew, he ignored me. I was dismayed by their lack of professionalism with us and have no idea what went wrong or why things went wrong. BEWARE to those of you who like myself, really thought this company was top notch. NEVER AGAIN! Services: Upholstery cleaning, General carpet cleaning, Area rug cleaning
