Sir Carpet

Super disappointed! Was given a 9am time with a 2hr window when the cleaner could come. I had to call them three times before i fonally got a response!!! Was promised 2 call backs. Finally an hour later, i got a call back... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. No apology whatsoever for MY inconvenience! I work too!! I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate you guys unnecessarily. Thats My Personal.experience

I scheduled Sir Carpet to do a carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning estimate. The technician (Ignacio Ramirez) called when he was on his way (and was a little early, which was a bonus). Sir Carpet had a special going on, so they honored that and Ignacio quoted me a very reasonable price for cleaning the tile and grout too. Ignacio was very organized and thorough in cleaning all the floors!! I don't think the tile had ever been professionally cleaned and we had several heavy duty discoloration from high traffic on the carpets. I'm amazed at the difference in my tile and grout. All carpets turned out bright and beautiful also. I will definitely use Sir Carpet in the future. Services: Carpet cleaning, Area rug cleaning

I had Sir Carpets come out to clean our carpets before our company party. Oscar did an excellent job and was very efficient and quick and what a great value. Will definitely be calling them again and telling family and friends. Thank you all again.😊

Responded finally to a promotion after using them years ago. The first round wasn’t that great due to the technician, but I thought I’d give it a shot now with newer management. Cheryl gave a VERY good price for 3 rooms and I couldn’t refuse - set everything up and tech showed up on-time and delivered as promised. Floors look clean and process was much better this time around.
