Thad and Bio Personnel has always been very helpful and supportive. I truly feel like I am having my best interest in mind when I see the physicians here. I have had two meniscus surgeries and that has gotten me on track to competing in ultramarathons again I am extremely grateful. All the staff is extremely nice and I would highly recommend to any athlete or any recovery in general.

I've never had such a terrible experience with a receptionist before. The level of unprofessionalism and outright rudeness was shocking. I'm appalled that a professional medical establishment actually tolerates an employee like this. Please avoid this office at all costs if they choose to have people like this as a first contact.

Super rude personnel in this office. Called me to tell me I had an appointment. Scared me because she called me by my first name but I dont need physical therapy? I asked her to clarify and it turns out she was calling the wrong person. Gave me a rude flippant response and hang up on me when I called back then laughed at me. This is the quality of personnel they hirecant apologize for their mistake, just laugh at patients or prospective patients and think theyre in the right. This attitude would not fly in any other professional environment.

The experience has been absolutely fantastic! The scheduler worked hard to get me asap despite the wait list. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The decor and vibe of the clinic is really fun! Definitely recommend BioMechanics!
