Paid for a service I never received.
I signed up for year of care, entered my information on their patient portal over a week ago after giving them $2700 almost 3 weeks ago. Been trying to get my first appointment since. I have received no response to my emails or phone messages. I am disgusted. I called the office and told them I want my money refunded. Was told the office manager will call me to refund. So now I wait. My next call will be to the Attorney General's office

The Office Manager was extremely rude to me during what could have been a life threatening event that I was terrified about. I will never step foot in an office where I am treated that way, especially in one of the scariest times of my life. My former Naturopath in Prescott immediately took care of me. WOW, what a difference. I'm still hurt and shocked when I think about how I was treated after spending at least hundreds, but likely thousands at that office (not to mention being an established patient!).

Gemie, was great when I met her.  She saved me for an extra year.  I'm thyroidless due to cancer.  When it was time to get more thyroid meds she basically dropped me. I was left scrambling for my life saving medicine. It's unethical to do to patients.I wonder if its because I opened up to her with issues I really wanted help with and she became very judgemental, she made up her mind with a version of me and there was no way she could provide me with good health care.  I tried to express that to Gemie because I wanted the caring doctor I had initially met, but all I did was bring her demons out.  Her staff is amazing and caring I had sent friends her way and I realize Gemie lives to upsell supplements and stuff, gives me the feel of a salesmen.If you want a caring naturopath, she hasn't been one lately.
