I've used a handful of other pest companies over the years and I have never seen the quality of care and attention to detail Optimex Pest did when treating my home. I have now used Optimex of a little over 3 years and they have been nothing but phenomenal! Highly recommend you switch your service over or start up with Optimex because they are the best!

Ryan is amazing Im so glad I choose optimex pest control, my last service used a back pack to spray and these guys pull a hose off the truck and do a great job! Even took care of my weeds which was half what I was paying my landscapers. 100% would recommend Services: Ant extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bed bug extermination, Termite inspection, Home inspection, Termite extermination, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination, Mosquito extermination

I haven't written a review in years, but this experience must be shared. DO NOT, under any circumstance sign a contract with this company.The owner came out a surveyed my property, indicating two areas where mice could potentially be entering. One was the outside dryer vent cover that was missing . The other a space on the top side on the evaporative cooler. He'd fix the vent cover for $150, and the cooler for $100. I thought it was high but agreed. Then comes the contract. Big Mistake! Three weeks later no repairs and the only mouse that we caught was in a trap we had originally set out! So I went to Home Depot and for under $15.00 bought the vent cover and fixed it myself. Got an email saying that service was preformed. I work from home...sorry no one was at my house! If he thought the mice were coming in through the dryer vent, you'd think that would have been fixed within a few days. Not the case. I called and told them to remove the $150. from my bill. They did. Another month goes by and no service and no repair to the swamp cooler, so I called and canceled the service, because of NO service. The next day I get a cancellation charge of $250. Yeah a charge for work that was never done. I'm going back to FENN pest control. Jaron is honest!

Pest and weed service done by Brad today. He was professional, greeted me, identified who he was and confirmed services before doing anything. Afterward, he confirmed the services that I requested with a knock on my door which I had asked him to do. So I knew when I could let my dogs out. He had shut my gate too! Which I appreciated. He was very thorough! Service: Bug & insect extermination
