Prescott Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Office staff are very friendly and the office is clean. I would not recommend Dr Strasser. I had waited for this appointment for my chronic allergies for so very long only to be told that the best thing he could think to do was to stack OTC medications. He then asked if I was interested in doing the allergy testing, which was obvious as my appointment was booked as an allergy consultation. Needless to say he was not prepared to do the testing that day or at all. Two weeks later received a bill in the mail and reluctantly paid it. Overall my experience was very underwhelming and Dr Strasser made me feel like I have no hope for getting better, which put me back at square one.

I tried to call and ask some questions but the lady on the phone was so sure she knew what I was going to ask she wouldn't let me finish ,finally when I did get my question out she tried to make me feel stupid for what I asked and told me that they are not doing allergy testing right now anyway and was so rude

I had visited the ER a couple weeks ago due to a huge infection in my salivary gland which caused one side of my whole face and neck to swell. I was told to follow up with Dr. Hewitt. The first thing he asked me is if I had the mumps...there has only been a small handful of cases of the mumps in the US this year, so that is extremely unlikely and it confused me that he even thought that was a possibility. Then he said that I was probably dehydrated...overall I don't really feel very good about the appointment. I don't think I was taken very seriously and it really left me with more unease afterwards. Especially because he said knock on wood it's nothing super rare...I am going to try find another EMT in the area.

100% Recommend! Great office staff. Dr. Strasser changed my life. He is upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and no-nonsense, and he genuinely cares about helping his patients. It is so lovely to be able to breathe again!!
